House was absolutely perfect for our group !! Neighborhood is awesome and very walkable to lots of restaurants and bars. Would 100% recommend this place for anyone looking for an authentic Denver stay !!

My group of friends loved our stay at Josephโ€™s place! It was so spacious โ€” one king bed upstairs, two on the main floor, and two in the basement โ€” and had three full bathrooms. It is greag for a big group! It also has a comfortable living room and fully stocked kitchen. We cooked all of our main meals here and it was great. The place as a whole is very modern, updated, and comfortable. Not to mention the house is in a perfect location near dozens of coffee shops and restaurants. Weโ€™d certainly come back here and recommend it to anyone!

Joe had great accomodations for our 2 year old grandson and the family dog as well as the adults in our family. Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood with great food and coffee options. Very easy to find off the highway. We look forward to staying again next time we're in Denver!

This house was in a great location that was walkable to many things including downtown. The house was well decorated and stocked. Joe was responsive and helpful. One thing to note is that the house is very open and you can hear most conversations from all rooms except the two bedrooms on the main floor. The upper and lower bedrooms are open and not private. We enjoyed the house and location very much!!
